Tour the Danipa Pay mobile app — five bottom tabs and the screens behind each one.

Overview
The Danipa Pay mobile app is organised around five bottom tabs: Home, Send, Activity, Wallet, and Profile. Each tab has a primary screen plus a few sub-screens for actions. This guide walks through them in order so you know exactly where to find every feature.
Bottom navigation

On iOS and Android the tabs are rendered using the system native tab bar. On web (used by support and embedded webviews) they fall back to a regular tab strip.
Home tab
The home tab is your dashboard.
- Header. Danipa logo, your first-name greeting, and a bell icon that opens Notifications & Alerts.
- Currency switcher. If your wallet has more than one currency, tabs above the balance let you switch the active account. See Country & Region Guide for which currencies are live.
- Balance card. Shows your selected-currency balance with Send and Fund action buttons. Pull down on the screen to refresh.
- Quick actions row. Tappable shortcuts to Savings, Loans, Bills, and Disputes.
- KYC nudge. If your KYC tier is below STANDARD a banner deep-links into the verification flow (KYC Verification).
- Recent activity. Latest transfers, fund-ins, and cash-outs. Tap a row to open its detail page. Tap See all to jump to the Activity tab (web) or Wallet history (Android, while the dedicated history tab is in development).
Send tab
Send is a four-step flow. Each step is its own screen so you can back out at any time.
- Recipient. Pick from saved recipients, search by phone or Danipa ID, or add a new contact.
- Amount. Enter the amount in either send or receive currency. The screen shows the live FX rate (see Exchange Rates & FX) and the fee.
- Review. Final summary — recipient, amount, fee, total debit, exchange rate, and arrival estimate. This is your last chance to cancel.
- Confirm with PIN. Enter your transaction PIN, or biometrics if enabled, to authorise the transfer.
- Success. Confirmation screen with the reference number and a Share receipt action.

Activity tab
A reverse-chronological list of every transaction on your account.
- Each row shows an icon for the transaction type (transfer, fund-in, cash-out, refund, fee, adjustment), the counterparty, the amount, and the status.
- Tap a row to open the detail screen with the full reference number, timeline, fees, exchange rate (where applicable), and a Download receipt button.
- The list paginates as you scroll.
Wallet tab
Wallet is the multi-currency hub.
- Account list. A card per currency showing the available balance. Currencies live today: GHS, CAD, USD. Optional currencies (GBP, EUR) can be enabled per-user when their corridors are active.
- Add / remove a currency. Tap + to add a supported currency to your wallet, or remove one with a zero balance.
- Fund. Opens the fund-in flow (mobile money or card, depending on currency).
- Withdraw. Opens the cash-out flow to a registered payment method.
- Transfer. Move money between your own currency accounts at the live FX rate.
- History. Full ledger view, including pending entries.
- Statements. Generate a downloadable monthly statement.
- Payment requests. Inbound and outbound requests to and from other Danipa users.
Profile tab
Profile collects everything that isn't a transaction.
- Personal info. First name, last name, email, phone, country. Tap Edit to update.
- KYC verification. Current tier badge and a button to start or continue verification (KYC Verification).
- Payment methods. Cards and bank accounts saved for fund-in and cash-out.
- Saved recipients. Manage and edit the contacts you send to.
- Notifications. Channel preferences, quiet hours, and rate alerts (Notifications & Alerts).
- Exchange Rates. Live rates for every supported corridor.
- Referral program. Your invite code and reward status.
- Language. Choose UI language (English, French where available).
- Appearance. Light, dark, or follow-system theme.
- Security. PIN, biometrics, MFA enrollment (Security & Account Settings).
- Help & support. In-app chat, contact channels, and links to Terms and Privacy.
- Sign out. Ends your session on this device.
If you've applied to become an agent, an Agent application card is shown above payment methods with the current review status.
Side route groups
A few features live outside the five tabs but are reachable from elsewhere in the app:

Heads-up. Savings, loans, bills, and disputes are live on the navigation but the underlying products are still rolling out. Capabilities and country availability will expand over the coming releases.

Accessibility quick links
- Use your phone's screen reader (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android). Every interactive element ships with an accessibility label.
- Switch theme in Profile → Appearance. The app respects your phone's dark-mode setting if you choose System.
